This is one of my favourite dishes to pair with rice that my mother often threw together. It's a simple yet very delightful dish that always keep me coming back for more. The sweet and salty taste of the sweet soy sauce pairs really well with the tender and juicy chicken.
This dish is a great example of what you can do with limited ingredients at home and still have a very delightful meal. Each ingredient in this recipe is very easily sourced and relatively affordable.
